Agar wood laughing Buddha was not made of agar wood but high density thing. Their policy is no refund. Only can recourse is report to police for scam.
jxf_crystal 4 years agoYou check on the spot. We do not sell second hand product . U came back 1 week later after use say u want wood craft one . We check with out supplier it's made of wood craft as u requested. They mention it's agarwood and u can send for test. We will only refund for damage or if u could send for test that it's not agarwood then we will refund. We also offer exchange for other item.
