Staff explained clearly on the types of paint, colour matching and timeline of painting job. Engaged epihandyman to repair my wardrobe sliding door. Staff was very responsive through carousell every time! We are very happy with the repair done by technician and his team. They accessed the door carefully and explained every step that their doing so that we understand. They managed to salvage the original roller so we're able to save the cost of buying a new one.
